I worked late tonight… Too tired to spend much time in the kitchen. Since I had some leftovers from previous experiments, this fourth improvisation is a bit of a recycling: “Emincé de poulet aux morilles en chausson” with a side of “écrasée de pommes de terre à la ciboulette“. |
