Okay, today is not much of an improvisation (apart from the vegi egg roll). But it’s a first nonetheless, since I never “cooked” salmon tartare before. Lunch is thus: “Tartare de saumon” with a side of “Croustillant de légumes au gingembre façon nem“. |
So, you might ask: what? I thought next improvisations would revolve around botargo ?
Well, it seems I somehow finished the whole thing during yesterday’s apéritif. Oh, come on ! It what so nice. Thin slices of bortago, with a fresh baguette and a god damn good Jura. Nobody could have resisted. Nobody.
