Improvisation in the kitchen – Part 6

This were last hours of this sunny and relaxing week-end. I’m in a good mood and still got a few asparagus to play with. Today’s improvisation for diner is “Risotto crémeux aux asperges, oignons rouges et tuile de parmesan“.


I cooked a bit too much of risotto, enough for two dishes. But it was nice, so I let myself finishing both. Okay, now I might be in trouble with one of the goals of my “reboot” program: losing a few pounds…
