Lunch improvisation – Part 1

Today’s lunch was rather quick and simple: “Asperges vertes aux petits lardons et oeuf mollet“. Tasty nonetheless.


I would have been better with a dash of GĂ©rande‘s fleur de sel sprinkled of top of the asparagus. But I forgot to buy some… Bummer.

Tip for next groceries: turn brain on before.
