Improvisation in the kitchen – Part 7

I had to wake up at 5am to be on time at the Fréjus Road Tunnel for a meeting. Back at the office for 3pm, then home at 9pm. Not much energy left to spend time cooking. And then I opened my fridge and I “remembered” the Saint Marcellin I bought a few days ago…

 
It was so runny (and smelly) that it would probably have disgusted any “normal” human being. But as a Frenchman, it actually gave me appetite and a few ideas for a quick and simple meal : “Onglet sauce Saint Marcellin” with a portion of “Gratin Dauphinois”.
